Sara Nath (aka DJ Pulsar) writes the seabirds blog, is a radio DJ, aspiring author, black belt in tae kwon do, and lover of astronomy. Much to the chagrin of her teeth, she is a passionate lover of desserts in any shape or form, though her indulgence of choice is always chocolate (which she firmly believes should be its own food group). Sara took a “leave of absence” to go study at Stanford but we really hope she will fly on back to the nest after. With the little free time she has, she writes dystopian science fiction short stories and reads anything within reach. At home, she dabbles in many culinary areas: mostly Thai, Indian, and anything with balsamic vinegar.
