Robin was born and raised in Orange County, and while the OC will always be home, she would be happy packing her bags and traveling around the world, meeting new people and eating delicious vegan food along the way!
Although she holds degrees in Communication Studies and Journalism from CSULB, her true passion in life is food! Since going vegan, Robin has learned a lot about sustainability and the importance of using local and organic ingredients as much as possible. She believes that a meal is only as good as the ingredients used to make it. In fact, Robin has been known to spend entire paychecks at Whole Foods because no matter how poor she is, she can’t bare the thought of cooking with mediocre groceries. And yes, grocery shopping is one of her favorite hobbies.
While any activity in the kitchen puts a smile on her face, Robin finds the greatest pleasure in baking. She has just added ‘Vegan Bakery Owner’ and started Life Is Sweet Bakeshop which makes all the desserts for Seabirds. For now, working on the Seabirds truck is probably the coolest job she’s ever had. With the name Robin, its like she was born to be a bird!
