Stephanie Morgan is the Owner, Founder and Dish Dreamer of the Seabirds Truck. Her passion lies in creating new menu items each week based entirely on what is in season and what looks and tastes the best from local farmers. When she’s not busy flying around town with the birds, you might find her at the beach, snowboarding with friends, on a run, having a good laugh, reading fiction novels, or on the search for good vegan eats.
Stephanie recently received the title of “Top Chop Chef” after winning a ‘Chopped’ stye cooking competition using only farmers market produce and products. She may look familiar because you’ve spotted her on The Food Network, The Cooking Channel or The Ellen Show, or maybe it is just her familiar face.
Stephanie wrote her first cookbook last year: “The Seabirds Vegan Revolution: A Recipe Guide.” It’s an e-cookbook and available through the website or iTunes. She hopes to continue nourishing all of our awesome customers and to help turn others back on to fruits & veggies! The goal is to expand Seabirds so all can have access to healthy organic meals.
