Lindsey hails from the Midwest – South Bend, Indiana to be exact, but has been in California since 2003. She has a creative driven brain, and although she has a degree in Advertising Design, her favorite creative outlet is FOOD! She loves cooking all food styles, and altering classic dishes to fit a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. She feels that pineapple can complete any dish. In a fantasy world, she would spend her time traveling around the world, tasting everything along the way. When not chopping veggies or managing the Seabirds truck, she loves to spend time with her boyfriend and their incredible French Bulldog, Ellie Monster Vogel.
